All sales are final and in US currency only.
- For each shipment over US$10,000.00 - confirmed by
Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight. L/C must be established
for 90 days validity with partial shipment and transshipments
permitted. Combined transport B/L acceptable in case
of shipment are requested inland destinations of non
sea ports.
- For each shipment under US$10,000.00 - 30% deposit
on order confimed; balance before shipment (Both by
T/T).
- Additional shipment handling charge US$220.00 will
be charged for shipment under US$5,000.00.

- Re-Export Certificate cost is US$50.00 for each item

- Certificate of Non-Manipulation at HK cost is US$30.00
for each GSP Form A
If Order amount Over USD5,000.00 per item
- Only one GSP 'Form A' Certificate is supplied Free
of Charges . Any additional Certificate at buyer 's

ownership and accept full responsibility for claims
or litigation arising from alleged infringements of
logo or trademark or copyrights arising from use of

| Sample charge and postage for sending samples
must be prepaid. Sample charge for customer's own designed
items will be 100% refunded after shipment for that model
up to/over MOQ. |

| Lead Time and Delivery |

| In most cases, the lead-time will take up to 45 days
after you have confirmed your pre-production sample. Normally
it takes one week to make it, one week for courier and
your decision making. Therefore, normal lead time to run
an order is 60 days. However, we can speed up this procedure
with the full co-operation of the customer and improve
the communication and efficiency by our marketing team. |

One to one replacement of the goods subject to
