Usually if you are qualified to attend the second or third round interview, we shall give you a password and then you can view it on our web. We won't disclose the information to the first round job applicant. 2. How long we want to wait for the interview notice or result? After your application form submission and within 14 days without notice, then we are sorry that your application might be turned down. After second or third interview, within one week, the result will be coming out. 3. Is accommodation given? This benefit will be given to the staff whose citizenship is not in Guangzhou. Local Guangzhou resident will not be obliged to get the accommodation because they might have their own living place in Guangzhou. 4. If I am a HK resident, can I apply for the job? Yes, we are the equal opportunity employment regardless of race or nationality. Also, the salary level will be the same to all. No any special benefit or allowance to HK people. 5. How many vacancies? In Bron, we cherish of looking for good and capable staff for business expansion. Quantity is not important when two or even 3 have entered our family door. It is especially for the "management trainee" who, we believe, can be dynmaic to be trained up according to their character and capability so that they can be fitted to different job environment in different departments. 6. Is there any deadline of application? No deadline because we keep on looking for potential staff. Our door is always open to you. 7. Do you have any salary scheme in your company? We believe the philosophy, the capability will get the most and salary level is the outcome of the market demand and supply in the labour market. It means, we cannot tell you our "salary" level because the "market price" is the governing factor. If you are under-paid, you will leave very soon. If you are over-paid, we are also a stupid employer. As a whole, we are a rational employer but definitely not the worse one. We are a reasonable employer. 8. How long is the probation Normally it will be 3 months. After your probation, you can be our permanent staff and enjoy most the welfare. Salary will be revised accordingly. However, for the management trainee, because we shall spend much effort in training, all successful applicants have to sign a minimum one year work contract. 9. Can I send my own resume? |
